Appeal to trace missing man - Reading

Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

Thames Valley Police is appealing for the public’s help in tracing a missing person from Reading.

Anthony Eslick, aged 72, was last seen in the area of The Pinnacle, East End, Reading, at around 6.30am today (9/10).

Mr Eslick is white, 5ft 6ins, slim, is bald and has blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a green woollen beanie-style hat, a thick green winter coat with a hood, black tracksuit trousers, and black shoes. He wears reading glasses and may have been carrying an off white Argos plastic carrier bag.

He does not have any money or bank cards with him but has his bus pass.

Investigating officer Sgt EmJ Morris, based at Reading police station, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who has seen Anthony or has any details about his whereabouts as we are concerned for his welfare. If you see him please contact police immediately so we can check he is safe.”

Anyone with any information about Mr Eslick’s whereabouts should contact the 24-hour Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101 quoting URN 221 9/10.
