Burglary - Appeal for witnesses

Subject: Appeal for witnesses following a burglary in, Bracknell. 


Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following burglaries in Crownwood, Bracknell.

At about 10.00pm on Tuesday 5th December three males were seen by a neighbour running away from the front of a house in the cul-de-sac called Leicester, towards Opladen Way, Crownwood, Knowing the house was unoccupied the neighbour check and found that the front door had been forced open with a crowbar or similar. Police have confirmed that offenders entered the house and searched upstairs rooms before fleeing.
The following morning another resident in the same road discovered that an attempt had been made during the night  to crowbar their front door and front ground floor window. 



Investigating officer PC 7024 Neil Lofthouse said “ We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have information to call our 24-hour enquiry centre on 101, quoting reference 43170362194
